We got great value for our money at Riverbend Inn & Vineyard. The room was beautiful, bright, and spacious, with charming furniture and paintings. The location was ideal, just a short drive away from downtown and wineries. The staff was friendly and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better at our inn was the poached eggs. They were slightly overcooked and could have been done to perfection.

The hotel's location is great, situated in a peaceful setting away from the hustle of the city but still close to the town center. It's next to a vineyard that makes wine touring more convenient. The rooms are luxurious and well-furnished, decorated in a romantic style that creates a cozy atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area, always willing to help with recommendations for restaurants and shopping.

This place is absolutely beautiful, located right on the Niagara river and surrounded by vineyards. The setting is so serene and picturesque, it’s perfect for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. The hotel staff were all wonderful and provided excellent service throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a refreshing welcome drink. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. I also appreciated the little touches like the complimentary tea and coffee facilities, as well as the comfortable sitting area and private terrace. It was really nice to have free wi-fi in the rooms and garden furniture to enjoy the stunning views. I also had a delicious meal at the on-site restaurant, the food was exceptional and the staff provided impeccable service. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

While the hotel itself was fabulous, I did notice that the staff could improve on their level of professionalism and friendliness. Some of them seemed a bit distant and not as welcoming as I would have expected.

Beautiful grounds near vineyards and historic town. Large rooms with old-world charm and excellent furniture. Friendly staff and spectacular breakfast. Convenient for biking to wineries. Ideal for romantic getaways.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect, situated between vineyards in a quiet area, just off the Niagara Parkway. It was also conveniently located near all amenities in this city. Additionally, it was pretty close to almost all wineries in the region, making it a great base for wine lovers like me. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The room was enormous with a walk-in closet, beautifully decorated with a sitting area and fireplace. Beds were extremely comfortable. Fancy in-room coffee machine.

The location of the hotel was stunning with views of vineyards and excellent scenery. Even though the WiFi was not great, it wasn't much of an issue as we were busy exploring the area. Our room was a bit small and the pillows were not fluffy, but the staff provided us with a tub mat when we asked for it. I would recommend this hotel for a peaceful and calm getaway.

This place is located between two vineyards and provides a great location for wine tasting. We also enjoyed the terrace with its breathtaking views. The room amenities were great, including heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. And the staff were fantastic, offering us a welcome drink upon arrival and providing free wi-fi in the rooms. Everything was clean and well-maintained, from the garden furniture to the free toiletries. The on-site dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were also amazing, and they even offered packed lunches.

We would recommend this venue to everyone. The staff didn't do much to extend helpful service and their professionalism and friendliness could use some improvement.

riverbend inn & vineyard in niagara-on-the-lake surpassed all expectations during this carnival. the beautiful location with vineyard views, comfortable and clean rooms, and polite staff made for a memorable stay. the restaurant served delicious food with excellent service, and the breakfast and wine were delightful. i would highly recommend this inn to family and friends.

dining selections were underwhelming
