Room didn't match the pictures.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of choices and a clean and pleasant atmosphere. It definitely exceeded my expectations. the hotel's location next to a petrol station and a popular fast-food chain made it very convenient for grabbing snacks and meals on the go. Another advantage was the helpfulness of the staff, who were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests.

The condition of the rooms left much to be desired. The carpets were old and gave off a musty smell, which made the room feel less hygienic.

The hotel is situated in an area with ample roadside parking, making it convenient for guests who drive. The staff is very helpful and polite, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. The rooms offer a view of the surrounding gardens, adding a pleasant touch to the overall ambiance. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including fresh fruits, ensuring that guests start their day with a tasty and filling meal.

All in all, this hotel ticks all the boxes for a comfortable stay.

on our recent honeymoon trip, aviva really exceeded our expectations. the staff were incredibly helpful, the room was spotless, and the breakfast selection was outstanding. we will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Sink in room didn't work.

During our recent stay at Aviva, we were truly impressed by the delicious breakfast spread. There were so many choices and everything was presented beautifully. It definitely started our day on a positive note. The staff, especially the receptionist and the black guy, were excellent and provided great assistance throughout our stay.

Excellent breakfast, good location, quiet, view on gardens, little traffic, efficient check-out.

I had a wonderful stay at Aviva. the hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided great value for money. the staff were extremely helpful and made our check-in and check-out process easy. Despite the hotel being located a bit far from the city center, we found everything we needed right around the corner, including a supermarket and McDonald's. the surrounding area was exceptional, with beautiful houses and gardens. the free parking was a bonus.

During my Easter holidays, I had the chance to stay at a hotel that offered an excellent breakfast. I must say that the location was very convenient, and it was a plus that it was very quiet. the room I stayed in had a fantastic view of the gardens, and I enjoyed the natural scenery. the check-out process was quick and efficient, which saved me some valuable time.

There were some aspects of this hotel I didn't like. the parking situation was not very accommodating for people of limited mobility, and it was quite limited overall.
