This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like wi-fi, fitness center, indoor pool, and a restaurant. I still remember how the staff helped me return my forgotten earpods. Highly recommend it for a relaxing stay! I’m coming back for Christmas.

definitley not a 4-star experience. poor room service meant I waited an hour past check-in for my room, and the lack of a fridge in a modern hotel is laughable! i was also shocked they wanted to charge me for a room change due to medical needs. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Had a lekker stay! The room was super spacious with a cute little kitchen, and we loved the brekkie buffet—definitely grab the fresh pastries! The pool was a jol, hardly anyone there! Just a perfect spot to chill after the crowds at the Christmas market.

One thing though, parking was a bit tricky. had to hunt for a spot across the street, but the price was okay.

The shower curtain gave my bathroom a ‘hospital chic’ vibe, and knocking on doors is a workout dodging the seniors' walkers. Note to self, avoid running into confused older folks in wheelchairs—awkward!

Dude, the indoor pool was totally chill! Like, we had it all to ourselves which was a major win after exploring Bonn all day. And the staff? Super nice and went outta their way to help us, especially when we needed some late check-out. Just a little bummer about the breakfast timing, things ran out too fast, ya know?

Excellent location close to the train station and city center, only a short walk to bustling Bonn. Clean and pleasant apartments with nice views of the little garden. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

We enjoyed a wonderful evening concert featuring jazz in the hotel's own concert hall, which has exceptional acoustics. Our stay was made even better by the spacious room that had a kitchen, perfect for our large family. The staff was attentive and welcoming.

My kids wished for better breakfast variety for families.
