The hotel is located in a very central area, right by the metro line, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, with amenities like a minibar and TV. The staff provides excellent service, going out of their way to meet guests' needs. The breakfast is expensive but offers a wide variety of options.

One negative aspect is that toiletries are not provided, which is expected in a higher-star category hotel.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of a bustling shopping area. The U & S trains are just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The staff here are top-notch, providing exceptional service and always willing to help. The room amenities are great, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a mini-bar and cozy sitting area. The hotel also has a lovely terrace with stunning views.

I can't recommend this hotel enough. It's a must-visit for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Enjoyed the spacious and clean room with great views! Loved the fact that we had a kitchenette equipped with basic facilities. Its location was perfect, only steps away from different types of restaurants, stores, and malls. the free breakfast buffet was decent, and we appreciated the variety of foods on offer. the staff was quick to address our requests.

Was annoyed by the inconvenient elevator system, where we had to use two elevators to get to our room. We got confused at the start and occasionally had to ask for help.

We had a fantastic stay at this spotless hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time exploring the city. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shops nearby. The rooms were immaculate and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Berlin.

The hotel had a fantastic location, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. The S-Bahn and train station were just around the corner, making it easy to explore the city and travel to other destinations like Potsdam and the Schonefeld airport. The metro system was also close by, providing convenient transportation options. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. Additionally, the staff were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
