Great spa service and a clean room. The gym is well equipped, very little waiting time for equipment. The location of the hotel is near local shops and tourist hotspots.

The hotel has a specific crowd that may not suit everyone's tastes. The restaurant staff’s attitude was subpar at best and downright rude at worst.

Amazing and relaxing stay

During our recent stay at Hotel Frankenland, we had an amazing and truly relaxing experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and provides a serene atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided us with all the assistance we needed throughout our stay. They had great suggestions for activities and places to explore in the area. Our room was clean and comfortable, although the only minor issue was the bar combining the two beds, which stuck out slightly. However, this did not impact our overall enjoyment. The pool area and spa were absolutely delightful, providing the perfect environment to unwind and rejuvenate. We highly recommend Hotel Frankenland to anyone seeking a weekend getaway to relax and escape from the daily routine.

The value for the money was great, especially considering the awesome spa and the spacious suite room. The location was convenient, with walking distance to concerts and shopping, and the staff was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay at Frankenland.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated close to the river in a very nice area. We loved the fact that we were in the 'Time Out' center, where we could easily find a nice drink or a snack. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping taking care of all our needs. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, even offering us a welcome drink upon arrival. We also appreciated the tours/ticket assistance provided by the hotel.

This place is highly recommended!

We had a great family vacation at Hotel Frankenland in Bad Kissingen. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the city center. The rooms were cozy and the swimming pool area was lovely, with perfect air and water temperature. The sauna area was also very enjoyable. The breakfast and evening buffet were tasty and satisfying. it was an ideal hotel for a family vacation.

Couldn't recommend more this hotel.
