Our stay here was absolutely fantastic. We felt like we were right at home, surrounded by family. The staff was incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met. The location of this hotel is perfect, nestled in the middle of nature. It's an ideal setting for hiking, biking, and skiing in the winter. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we could ask for, including a mini-bar and a sitting area. The breakfast and dining options were also exceptional. The hotel even offers a welcome drink upon arrival. We were truly impressed with the level of service and comfort provided here.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful and peaceful location on a high plateau, surrounded by picturesque scenery. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool, sauna, and spa facilities, which are beautifully designed. There are also many cozy seating areas where you can relax and take in the views. The staff is attentive and friendly, making you feel at home. the restaurant offers delicious meals, and the breakfast options are quite good.

One minor inconvenience is that some rooms are located in a separate building, necessitating a short walk through the snow to access the swimming pool area.

My stay at Relais & Chateaux Gut Steinbach Hotel Chalets Spa was absolutely phenomenal! The location was picturesque and perfect for outdoor activities like hiking and skiing. The chalets were stunning and provided an unforgettable experience. The staff, especially Assistant Manager David, were friendly, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The food was delicious, with a special shoutout to the love cooking Chefs. The hotel director, Rolf Wernicke, was also incredibly friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about this hotel.

Despite these amazing experiences, there were a couple of drawbacks. The regular menu for dinner was not very appealing and lacked variety.
