The breakfast was of good quality and the hotel’s location served as a great base for exploring the city. The room was also nicely decorated and quite clean.

The hotel lacked proper customer service and amenities. The staff did not respond to messages sent via email and did not provide the necessary assistance with checking in.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Munster Ortze that is conveniently located very close to the train station. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a great view of the surrounding area. The bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with friendly and helpful employees who went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. it was a fantastic experience staying at this hotel.

I did notice a limited choice of dishes in the lunch and dinner service, which could be improved.

During my recent stay at Hotel Kaiserhof, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, even taking care of my laundry for free and delivering it directly to my room. This level of attention to detail made me feel incredibly welcome and taken care of.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the dated decor in my room and a small issue with the shower head, these did not detract from the overall positive experience I had at Hotel Kaiserhof. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-serviced stay, and I hope to visit again in the future.

Good beds, spotless, close to train station, on-site restaurant, friendly staff. Parking available. Great location: 22 min walk to Panzermuseum, 5-10 min to Munster center. Recommended, hope for continued improvement.
