loved how we could step right out onto the sand. The hotel had thought of great little details for beachgoers, like a foot-washing station and cleaning supplies in the room. However, the parking situation was a bit complicated at times.

Room was super clean and well-maintained. Loved the soft, fluffy pillows and comfy mattress! The balcony view of the ocean was spectacular! !

The view and location are incredible, with the ocean just steps away from the building and a beautiful balcony to enjoy the sunrise. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although noise from neighboring guests was evident, particularly on the lower floors. I recommend requesting a top-floor room for a quieter experience. This hotel is perfect for a short getaway or family stay.

This place was perfect for our family getaway! The location was amazing, right on the beach, making it so easy to enjoy the ocean view from our room's balcony. We had a very clean room with all the amenities we needed. The only downside was the limited parking, but that didn't take away from our great experience. We’ll definitely be back next summer!

Fantastic ocean views from our room and clean spaces made our stay enjoyable. The balcony was perfect for relaxation while watching the sunrise with our newborn. The kids loved splashing in the pool, and I appreciated the no-carpet policy for allergies.

My kids wished for more on-site bathrooms. It would be great to have a dedicated area to rinse off after beach time.

It was just a commendable fit for a holiday in Wells with very good value for money. The receptionist was friendly and helped us with directions to nearby attractions even though the hotel had limited amenities. Make sure to request a room with a view to fully enjoy the stay.
