During my stay, I faced several frustrating issues. First, the persistent toxic smell in the hallway was unbearable, ruining the overall atmosphere. Also, I had a terrible experience with the toilet in my room. it hardly flushed, and despite staff's promises to address it, nothing happened. The maid even barged in once when I was in the shower, which was extremely embarrassing. These problems really tainted what could have been a great stay.

finding the entrance was tricky (we circled around a bit! ). the breakfast was outstanding with fresh fruit and a huge selection. the staff at reception were super friendly and helpful. the room had a fantastic view of the river and was very clean! !

the hotel was alright, but i stayed two nights and the lobby was cluttered with cleaning supplies, not very inviting. also, breakfast was a disaster. at 9:16 am, empty croissant trays? absolutely ridiculous. as a valued guest, i expected some compensation but got nothing! it woudl ve been nice to be treated like i mattered, really.

The room was nice and spacious, very clean, and the view was just amazing! ! I loved the breakfast, so much fruit and yoghurts to choose from, it felt like a feast every morning!

It wasn’t cheap, but it was still worth it.
