The resort exceeded my expectations with its exceptional service and delicious food. the quality of the accommodation was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. the resort's location, nestled amidst the beautiful nature of Langkawi, provided a serene and tranquil setting for a relaxing getaway. I especially enjoyed the wildlife walks, where I got to observe various species of birds and monkeys up close. the resort's commitment to environmental protection, with the use of electric buggies and solar power, was commendable.

While the resort offered a luxurious experience, there were a few aspects that could be improved. the breakfast spread lacked variety, which was slightly disappointing.

I recently stayed at a resort with breathtaking views of the beach. The location was convenient being near an empty sports bar and a delightful Thai restaurant. The breakfast was perfect and the rooms clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. Plus, being surrounded by wildlife added to the experience.

The staff was uninterested when I reported being robbed of my mobile phone at the gala banquet dinner table.

my recent stay in burau bay was fantastic. berjaya exceeded my expectations. the setting was educational and enjoyable for both adults and children. the staff were friendly and attentive to all our requests. the view from our balcony was breathtaking and the bed and pillows were perfect. breakfast had a great variety of delicious dishes at reasonable prices.

Shuttle service was cumbersome.

Staying here is like being in a little paradise amidst the lush forest. Private beach is a plus! Their service is amazing, from room service to car hire. The staff are always available, and they make every effort to meet my needs. They have a lot of amenities, from ironing facilities to fitness studio. Restaurant serves halal food and there is a bar/lounge too. The best part was when they accommodated my father’s special request for his 80th birthday, they even had the manager handle it professionally and swiftly!

This place is highly recommended for a family trip.

Remote and peaceful, surrounded by lush jungle and offering stunning views of the sea and mountains. The beach is well-maintained and the restaurants offer delicious food. The rooms are unique and cosy, with some hidden away in the forest. Walking distance to nearby attractions like the Oriental village and cable car.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location is incredible, set right on the coast of a pristine jungle. The views from our room were lovely, and we loved using the jacuzzi. The breakfast was delicious, with many options, including fresh made daily juices.

All was perfect, nothing to complain about.

We had the most luxurious stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities such as the outdoor swimming pool, spa centre, and sauna were truly impressive. the service was impeccable and the staff were always available to cater to our needs. the room advantages were amazing, from the beautiful sun terrace to the private facilities. the location advantages were also great, with easy beach access and stunning views of the surrounding nature.

Our only minor issue was with the halal food, which was not as flavourful as we had hoped. the restaurant, bar/lounge area, and poolside snack bar were all fantastic.

Secluded wild location with wildlife around, including macaques, monitor lizards, and hornbills. Beautiful rainforest lodges with thoughtful decor. Helpful and polite staff. Reasonably priced food with excellent quality and service.

The resort is conveniently located near the SKY Bridge and Oriental Village, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. You can take a cheap taxi ride to the main attractions like Cenang Beach. The resort offers a beautiful view of the adjacent beach and the surrounding rainforest. The rooms are neat and cozy, perfect for a relaxing stay. The resort also has a shuttle service, gift shop, and a variety of restaurants to choose from.

There were some issues with the room maintenance. The air conditioning and fan in some rooms were not working properly, causing vibrating and squeaky sounds.

Great location, 20 mins from airport, away from city. Premier Chalet on water was beautiful. Free shuttle anywhere in resort. Spacious, clean rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Will return to Langkawi. Thumbs up!
