The location of the apartment was perfect, just outside the city wall. Communication with the host was excellent and accessing the apartment was simple. The apartment itself was comfortable, spacious, tidy, and well-appointed. We used it as a base for exploring the city and the surrounding area, and it was ideal for us, especially with young children. One major plus was the fast and reliable Wi-Fi.

Stayed at a well-presented apartment, but lacked proper cleaning. Had to wash cutlery before use. Synthetic bedding made me sweat. Convenient location, close to everything, and easy to come and go. Comfortable and quiet. Lovely bathroom with nice shower. Modern and clean apartment. the bed was super comfy.

Absolutely stunning! Super location, very roomy 2 bedroom apartment complete with washing machine and convenient private car space. Short walk into town along old city walls. Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Thorough and helpful communication from the host. Perfectly located near Christmas Market. Fantastic rates for nearby car park. Will definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible stay at the Concorde House Luxury Apartments. the location was perfect, with easy access to main streets for shopping and dining. Despite being just off the main street, the area was quiet and peaceful. We appreciated the convenience of having parking just 5 minutes away, and the fact that it was available 24/7 at a reasonable price. the apartment itself was spotlessly clean and the property management team was extremely helpful. They provided us with plenty of information before and during our stay in Chester. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area.

The instructions for arrival were clear, making our check-in process seamless. We especially enjoyed having Netflix Premium, which allowed us to relax and unwind at night after a day of exploration.

The noise from the neighbors upstairs, which was a bit disruptive in the mornings. the shower in the bathroom leaked and the glass door didn't have a rubber on the bottom, causing water to spill onto the floor.
