Positive aspects of my stay at Bad Ratzes in Siusi were the peaceful gardens, friendly staff, excellent meals, and fantastic room with a balcony. The hotel also had open pool and spa facilities, and catered well to families.

Beautiful location near Seiss cable car. Vintage furnishings and family artifacts. Modern bedrooms and well-equipped bathrooms. Pretty gardens with seating and kids' play area. Super swimming pool, cozy lounge with log fire, pool table, books and games. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

This hotel is an excellent choice for those who seek peace and quiet. The surroundings are very tranquil and relaxing, with a lovely garden where you can sit and unwind. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast, which had a good variety of options to choose from. The pool and spa facilities were clean and enjoyable, with longer pool opening times than nearby hotels. The rooms were spacious, well-furnished, and had a comfortable bed.

The hotel is located in a somewhat remote area, requiring more effort to reach it, especially during bad weather. The pillows offered were not the best, making sleep quality less optimal. Also, vegetarian options for afternoon snacks were limited, and the towels provided were not of the highest quality.
