I cannot believe the poor wifi reception. it was practically non-existent. Also, the shower leaked all over the floor, which totally ruined the vibe. I was expecting a complimentary night for all this trouble, but no such luck. You'd think they would treat a guest like me with a little more respect. I almost gave them a good review, but just couldn't.

We loved our stay thanks to the beautiful view of Trier from breakfast. The rooftop infinity pool and the steam room were perfect for unwinding after a long day. However, the bathroom had a minor flooding issue after showers but it didn’t spoil our overall experience. Highly recommend the dinner at the restaurant. it was a treat! 🌟
