Spacious room and friendly staff. The room was very spacious, offering plenty of room for my belongings. the hotel was conveniently located near several attractions and public transportation.

Lack of air conditioning and noise. Unfortunately, the room did not have air conditioning, making it uncomfortable during the hot weather.

The location was convenient, with a tram stop just a block away that took me directly into Heidelberg. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
