The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the town, close to the canal and within walking distance to various supermarkets and shops. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, offering a comfortable stay for families with small kids. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The breakfast offered at the hotel is quite expensive for the limited options and average quality of food provided.

We enjoyed our Christmas stay at a hotel in Papenburg. the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the town and its nearby attractions. the hotel garden, covered in snow, was a picturesque sight that added to the holiday ambiance. the spacious and well-decorated rooms provided enough comfort for our family. We especially appreciated the free parking and the courteous service from the staff.

The bathroom radiator didn't function properly, and the toilet room had no light, which made it difficult to use at night. the shower was uncomfortable and impractical.
