We stayed in a small, comfortable room for one night. The bed was cozy, and the TV worked perfectly. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from both S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations. It's also situated opposite a Lidl supermarket, making it easy to grab any necessities. The staff was friendly and the check-in process went smoothly. The shared bathroom was clean and sufficient for our needs. we had a pleasant stay with great transportation links and nearby amenities.

That there was no receptionist present when we arrived, and we had to call and wait for someone to let us into our room.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the backyard, ensuring a peaceful environment. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to supermarkets, bakeries, and public transportation.

Minor room noise disturbances exist, but overall, a great stay.

I loved how close Hotel Wandsbek was to the Wandsbeck Chausee metro hub and the Wandsbek markt bus hub. It made getting around Hamburg so convenient. Furthermore, the affordable price was a big advantage, and the breakfast served was typically German and delicious. The local bar, Cafe Barcelona, added a fun and lively atmosphere to my stay. the hotel offered a real taste of Hamburg, away from the tourist areas, and at much lower prices. I highly recommend it for a great value stay. I had a pleasant experience at Hotel Wandsbek and would definitely recommend it.

The building looks old and outdated. The bed is not comfortable, and the Wi-Fi connection is unstable. Communication with the hotel staff can be challenging if you don't speak German.
