The value for money was excellent, and our room was perfect with a really comfortable bed. The hotel's location was great, with easy access to public transport in a safe area. The staff at Hotel Zoo were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The only thing that could be improved during breakfast was the speed of service. It was quite slow, even though the restaurant was not busy at the time.

The hotel had a great location, right on a popular shopping street. It was easy to find and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The design of the hotel was really unique and stylish, creating a cool and trendy atmosphere. The staff were friendly and multilingual, making communication easy and enjoyable.

The service during breakfast was a bit slow and I was disappointed to have one of my orders "lost" and the other taking a long time to arrive. Additionally, some of the bathroom accessories were not up to the standard I expected.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right near the metro station and on the best shopping street in the city. It's in the very center and is perfect for exploring the city. The rooms are modern and well-designed, with all the conveniences you need. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is lavish, filling you up for a day of sightseeing.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were fun and exceptionally hospitable, always offering on-point assistance. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a glamorous lobby and nicely decorated rooms. The cleanliness was impeccable, making me feel completely comfortable. The location is perfect, right on the biggest shopping street in the city, surrounded by all the shops on KuDamm. It's in an upmarket area with easy access to transportation and close to departmental stores. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff serving it were wonderful.

This hotel is absolute bliss - such a great choice for celebrating the new year! The breakfast is delicious and the staff are friendly and attentive. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from all the main attractions. Plus, the rooftop bar is amazing with a buzzing atmosphere.

The one major downside is the loud music coming from the bar. It can be a little annoying if you're trying to get to sleep.

The attention to detail and the beautiful artwork throughout the hotel made my eye constantly wander in awe. Each of the 130 rooms and 14 suites had its own distinct and stunning design, guaranteeing a truly memorable experience. The hotel's restaurant, Grace, along with the Grace Bar, Lounge & Winter garden, and the trendy Rooftop bar. The legendary breakfast buffet with its extensive choices and tempting a la carte options delighted my taste buds. And when I needed a peaceful moment, the little terrace offered the perfect spot to enjoy a cappuccino and read a magazine.

From the moment I arrived, I was treated like a VIP by the hotel staff. They provided exceptional personalized service, fulfilling all my luxurious needs, such as the in-room breakfast with special diet menus. The room was elegantly designed with exclusive amenities, and the hotel's spa center was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The location advantages were unbeatable, with everything within walking distance.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the lack of live entertainment. Although the bar/lounge area was the ideal place to relax and enjoy a drink, I was expecting some form of entertainment or music to add to the ambiance.
