The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the major attractions. We were able to easily explore the old town, visit the castle, and stroll along the beautiful river. Another great aspect was the restaurant, which served exquisite food. The service was also top-notch and the staff was always friendly and attentive.

There were a few downsides to our stay. Firstly, the room we booked with a balcony and a river view was a big disappointment.

Our room at Zur Alten Brucke was a junior suite with a stunning view of the bridge and the castle. It was a little hard to find the entrance to the hotel, and our bathroom blind was broken, requiring us to cover up part of the window. Additionally, our room did not have a refrigerator or minibar.
