The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious,, while the welcoming owner and team create a homely atmosphere. Conveniently close to town and free parking is a major plus.

Confusion regarding room descriptions left me disappointed,, and noise from the kitchen early in the morning disrupted sleep quality. The toilet issue was another drawback.

Misleading room descriptions!!! My single room felt like a closet crammed between the kitchen and dining area—less privacy than I'd like!!! Plus, parking instructions could use simplification!!! Keeping guests awake from kitchen noise at 1 AM? Not ideal!!!

Spent 2 nights in a cozy room with a comfy king-size bed. It had a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and free toiletries. The bathroom was nice, with a heated towel rail and strong shower pressure. Breakfast was amazing with eggs from on-site chickens. John, the host, gave great local tips and made us feel right at home.

My stay was incredible! The breakfast was ridiculously good, especially those fresh eggs. The room was spotless but the toilet system was a bit tricky. Would definitely come back!

We stayed in the Highland River room and it was huge! King size bed, lots of drawers, and a lovely view of the garden. The bathroom was nice and warm with a heated towel rail. Definitely a comfy spot to unwind!
