I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect and the room was stylishly decorated. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Despite some noise from the street, I had a fantastic night's sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, with a picturesque view of the river right on the Thames. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and approachable, and they even allowed me to store my luggage before check-in so I could explore the beautiful city of Oxford. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I could ask for, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities. Additionally, there was a lovely terrace with garden furniture where I could relax and enjoy the view.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location, service, and room amenities were all top-notch.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and with a beautiful view of the river. the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of work. the room was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, with a modern and stylish en-suite bathroom. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, always ready to assist with any requests.

The breakfast service could be improved. There was a wait for the food and some items were not properly cooked or even burnt.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center and all the main attractions. We also loved the charming decor of the room, it had a lot of character and added to the overall experience.

That the rooms were a bit chilly, even with the heating turned on. We also found the rooms to be a bit noisy, with sounds coming from the nearby pub and the street outside.

Database Location and very pleasant staff. Quirky is the word that applies. The atmosphere is full of fun and the staff cope magnificently with large numbers. The location on the river was beautiful and within easy walking distance of the center. The decor was rustic and charming and the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. Lots of people seem to eat and drink at the hotel/pub so it has a bit of a buzz. Comfortable room with tea & Nespresso machine, bottled waters in glass, view of the river, beautiful bathroom with great shower and water pressure. Easy check-in. Delicious food at dinner and breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the river and within walking distance of the town centre. The restaurant has a lovely setting with beautiful views. The rooms are comfortable and well-decorated, with nice touches like fresh milk on request and a complimentary bottle of London Pride. The staff are friendly and polite, providing efficient service. The breakfast is tasty and varied, with a good selection of options to choose from.

The food quality in the restaurant for dinner was not great, with some dishes being too salty or bland.
