During my stay at the hotel, one of the highlights was the exceptional service provided by the concierge. They made parking a breeze by taking care of our car upon arrival. This convenience made our trip stress-free and allowed us to quickly start enjoying our stay. The concierge's attentiveness and helpfulness throughout our visit were truly outstanding.

Although there were a couple of drawbacks mentioned in the reviews, such as the dated spa facilities and the noise from the building works, this did not affect my experience. The exceptional service, delicious breakfast, comfortable room, and stunning river view more than made up for any minor inconveniences.

we absolutely loved our stay at hyatt regency in cologne! the staff were so friendly and accommodating, especially sascha who went above and beyond to make my son's birthday special with a gluten-free chocolate cake. the location and view were also amazing. we'll definitely be back!

Moreover, it is near the famous bridge and central station, making it easily accessible. The room is spacious and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and ample storage space. The bathroom is large, equipped with a separate shower and bath, and stocked with plenty of toiletries and towels. The service provided by the staff is efficient and welcoming. The breakfast offers a high-quality selection of dishes, with many choices to satisfy different preferences. The view of the cathedral and the river from certain areas of the hotel is breathtaking. The hotel also boasts excellent facilities, including a spacious pool, sauna, steam room, and gym.

It is worth noting that the main pool could be warmer for a more enjoyable swimming experience.
