We had a wonderful stay at Ibis. the room, staff, food & service were all excellent. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the hotel is well situated, just 30 minutes from the city centre of Munich by tram and train. the room was simple and clean, with daily room service and clean towels provided. the bathroom was also clean and the TV had plenty of channels. the only downside was the poor ventilation in the room, as the air conditioning didn't provide much relief from the 20-degree weather during our stay. a great location and a satisfying experience.
