The location of the hotel was excellent, being near to the city center and quiet. It was also conveniently located near a beautiful garden, which was easily accessible by car or bus. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

The appearance and furnishings of the hotel were rather plain and austere, giving it a somewhat generic feel. Additionally, the rooms were on the smaller side and the beds were not very comfortable.

The standard of Ibis never disappoints - clean rooms, great service, and a consistent experience across the world. Walking distance to main attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. Despite a minor issue with the air conditioning, the hotel quickly resolved it and moved us to a room with working AC. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and excellent service.

Great for a city centre stay

We recently stayed at this hotel and were delighted with its ideal city centre location. We decided to upgrade to a superior room for a small extra fee, and it was well worth it. The room was spacious, with a sitting area and a large bathroom. We even had a balcony, which added a nice touch to our stay. The hotel's proximity to the river festival, which took place during our visit, made for an unforgettable evening of fun. The breakfast offered excellent value for money, with a wide variety of high-quality food options. The only negative aspect we noticed was the lack of direct access to the secure car park from the hotel, but this was a minor inconvenience. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable city centre stay.

Nothing could have been better.

The Wi-Fi was great for checking my social media feed while pretending to be interested in the cultural center. The 24-hour bar prevented me from having a sober moment during my stay. The parking was amazing, I had the pleasure of admiring rooftops while leaving my luggage outside.

No direct access from the car park to the hotel, so inconvenient having to walk back like a commoner.

We stayed one night at Ibis and found it very suitable for our needs. the room was clean, well presented, and comfortable. the hotel is located in a quiet area. We took up the option for breakfast and thought it was good value. There are many restaurants to choose from within walking distance, including a Mexican restaurant right next door. the staff were friendly and helpful. we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying again.
