As a tourist, I loved the spacious and modern design of the rooms at Ibis Styles Alster City. The free parking on the street was also a great convenience. The attentive staff, especially John at the reception, made me feel welcome and ensured that I got back my forgotten wallet. The location of the hotel was ideal, with a short 6-minute walk to the metro and easy access to Hamburg center and major attractions. I also enjoyed the option of walking along the canal to town or taking a quick taxi ride to Kampnagel, a renowned theater and music venue. The nearby Albatros cafe and supermarket added to the convenience of the stay.

The rooms were nice and cozy, perfect for a romantic escape. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to the train station and had plenty of parking options nearby.

The price was quite steep for what we got. We felt that we didn't get the best value for our money.
