This hotel is a hidden gem on the main street of a pretty lakeside town. The staff are absolutely lovely, going above and beyond to ensure a warm welcome and a memorable stay. The attention to detail is remarkable, from the delicious jam gift at check-out to the thoughtful notes and key in the safe box for late arrivals. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with the option of opening the window for fresh air and enjoying a view over the lively Main Street. The breakfast, served on the top floor with a balcony, is simply delicious and offers a great variety to start the day.

The location was amazing, right in the heart of the Christmas market and on Maximillian Street. The hotel also had a nearby garage for parking. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the fresh and delicious breakfast options. The staff provided a warm welcome and excellent service throughout our stay.
