We were delighted by the convenient location of the hotel, just a short walk from the main train station. The room was impeccably clean and we appreciated the friendliness of the staff. An added bonus was the designated area for playing games after the convention, a thoughtful touch. we highly recommend this hotel for a great stay during the Spiel Essen Convention.

The central location was also a big plus, making it easy for me to get around the city and explore all it had to offer.

the lack of tea-making facilities in the room was a bit inconvenient, as I had to go to the bar to get a cup of tea. Despite these small drawbacks, overall I had a good stay and would consider staying at this hotel again in the future.

I loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to everything in the city center. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they even let us play games during our stay. The breakfast was delicious, especially the croissants. The room was clean and modern, with all the amenities I needed like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a separate tub and shower. the value for the room rate was exceptional.

The slow internet. Even though it was given to me for free after complaining, it was still painfully slow.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better - right next to the main train station and close to the bustling city center. With easy access to public transportation, it's a convenient base for exploring the area. the staff is friendly and the hotel provides complimentary travel tickets for the duration of your stay, allowing for easy travel to nearby cities like Dusseldorf.

The wifi in the hotel is extremely poor, making it difficult to stay connected and get work done.
