As avid train enthusiasts, my partner and I were thrilled with the Intercityhotel's prime location right next to the train station. Not only did this make it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city, but it also allowed us to easily embark on day trips to Switzerland. The hotel's green program was a pleasant surprise, offering us the option to skip a room clean in exchange for a voucher to use in the lobby's snacks pantry. The small yet efficient room, complete with a fridge, suited our needs perfectly. We were also pleased to find that our favorite restaurants were just a short walk away, making it easy to indulge in delicious meals.

We recently stayed at Intercityhotel in Freiburg for a week-long holiday. The location was superb, with easy access to the train and tram, as well as being within walking distance to the old town. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and our room had a nice view over the area. Despite being on a high floor opposite the train station, we were pleasantly surprised that there was no noise disturbance. The rooms were efficient and comfortable, with good beds, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. a perfect holiday and highly recommended.
