Great staff at breakfast, especially with my toddler. Convenient location and reasonably priced for visiting relatives. Late breakfast time is a plus. Spacious rooms with thoughtful details. Receptionists were amazing during my extended stay.

The bar at Mercure was a fantastic spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and the ambiance was lovely. We enjoyed sipping on our drinks and chatting in the comfortable surroundings. The bar had a great selection of beverages and the service was top-notch.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast servers. The hotel facilities, including the gym and swimming pool, were well-maintained and adhered to a convenient timetable. The cleanliness of the hotel, including the sauna and steam room, was excellent. The breakfast selection was fresh and varied, and the full English breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious. The staff, including the waitress and the manager, were consistently kind and polite. The hotel's location was so close to the town center, making it easy for us to get back into the city.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at the Mercure. The room was nicely decorated, clean, and modern, and the staff were helpful and pleasant. The location was great, close to the city center, so there was plenty to do and explore.

The only thing that could have improved the breakfast offerings was the cleanliness of the swimming facilities, as the changing room floors felt dirty.

We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which was fresh and tasty. the location was perfect for exploring the city and we appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi. the room was spacious and well-decorated, providing a comfortable space to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries provided in the bathroom.

The gym was a bit dated and in need of refreshing.

The location is perfect as it's right across from a fantastic pub. The staff was friendly and had excellent service. They even provided a wheelchair user with a more spacious room. The rooms were clean and came with everything needed such as heating and tea/coffee facilities. The amenities such as the fitness centre and indoor swimming pool were a great bonus. Cons: Great recommendation for families.
