The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing, with stunning views of the harbor and conveniently located near a train station and a supermarket. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast provided plenty of tasty options. Additionally, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious.

That the WiFi connection throughout the hotel was a bit inconsistent. Also, the bathroom facilities were limited, with only a few shared shower and toilet cubicles for an entire floor.

The breakfast at this hotel was one of the best I've had at a hostel. They even had delicious franzbrötchen, a local specialty. the location was great, just a 5-minute walk from a metro station, although the stairs on the way to the hotel were a bit challenging with heavy luggage. the view from the hotel was also amazing, offering beautiful scenery. the staff was friendly and gave great recommendations for things to do in the area. the facilities were clean and well-maintained.

First, there was no sign for the reception at the front of the hotel, making it a bit difficult to find, especially with heavy luggage. there was no hand soap in the bathrooms and toilets, which was quite inconvenient.

It was the perfect place for some friendly competition and family fun. The entertainment district had a lively atmosphere, with lots of activities for all ages. We couldn't get enough of the games and had a fantastic time bonding over them. It added an extra level of enjoyment to our stay.

My kids wished there was a playground for them to play in.

the location was excellent, overlooking the waterfront, and the view was amazing. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and clean sheets and towels. the staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a bar with great prices for drinks in the evenings. the main areas of the hostel were large and had plenty of seating, and the breakfast included was delicious and filling. I would highly recommend this hostel for its unbeatable price and great amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The terrace over the Elbe offered breathtaking views of the harbor and amazing sunsets. The 6-bed dormitory we stayed in was spacious and each bed had its own light and socket. The hotel has been well maintained over time, with everything looking brand new. The customer service was friendly, professional, and customer-oriented, even during a troublesome weekend in this city. The dining hall also had a great view of the harbor. The location was convenient, with a supermarket, shops, and restaurants just steps away. The hotel had a spacious layout overall, and the continental breakfast was delicious. We appreciated the comfortable built-in bunked beds and the fact that each guest had a private key to their bedrooms and shared room. The presence of lockers for each guest was also a great feature. We also enjoyed being within walking distance of the vibrant nightlife in the city.

I stayed at Jugendherberge for a weekend getaway. The room had plenty of space for six people and the view of the harbor was stunning. The cleanliness was top-notch, with a spotless room and bathroom. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including vegetarian choices. it felt more like a hotel than a hostel, and the location was perfect, close to the Landungsbrücke Station. I highly recommend it!

I got great value for my money at Jugendherberge! The room was clean and comfortable, with super clean bed linens. The location was fantastic, with a beautiful view of the industrial port from my room on the 2nd floor. The staff at the reception were helpful and gave me clear instructions on how to find the hotel. The lockers were also a nice bonus, making it easy to store my belongings securely.

The food for breakfast could have been better, maybe with a wider variety of options.
