This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was remarkable - from the modern and tastefully decorated rooms to the private covered balconies that offered stunning views of the countryside. We also loved the value for money, as the prices were reasonable considering the high-quality service provided. Moreover, the breakfast spread was simply amazing, offering a delectable surprise every morning.

The hotel is located in a picturesque area, with stunning views of the black forest and a valley. The recently renovated rooms are spacious and elegantly furnished, some even come with private covered balconies for a relaxing retreat. The spa complex on the top floor offers an excellent range of facilities, including two saunas with external views and a restful balcony. The breakfast served in the adjacent restaurant is comprehensive and delicious, making for a perfect start to the day.

The hotel could improve on its towel reservation policy in the spa complex.

The views are incredible and the spa was a relaxing experience. the staff was friendly and helped us navigate the area. the hotel is in a convenient location, close to many shops and restaurants.

The noise from the surrounding streets kept us up at night and the breakfast was lacking in options. the rooms were outdated and could use some modernization.
