Spent Christmas at a beautiful resort surrounded by nature. the views were breathtaking, especially from the amazing pool. the spa was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I loved that they offered free bikes so I could easily explore the surroundings. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. And the food was delicious, offering a great selection of local dishes.

We had a bit of a mishap with the restaurant reservation system. We had booked a table at the Michelin-starred restaurant for Christmas Eve, but it was unexpectedly closed.

We had a wonderful stay at a hidden gem in nature. The hotel's location offered a peaceful environment for complete relaxation. The wellness facilities were fantastic and added to our overall experience. The interior decor was beautifully done, and the presence of fresh flowers added a nice touch. The breakfast selection was outstanding, and the staff in the breakfast room were friendly and attentive. Our suite had a comfortable layout and provided a lovely view of the surrounding nature and the lake in the distance.

We did face a minor issue with the noise level in our room. We were facing the car park and the terrace of the bar, so we could occasionally hear people talking and laughing loudly, which was a bit disturbing while trying to sleep.

This hotel exceeded our luxurious expectations. the Spa & wellness centre is exceptional, with a variety of treatments available such as massages and body wraps. the swimming pool was pristine and inviting, both indoors and outdoors. We enjoyed soaking in the Jacuzzi and relaxing in the steam room. the location advantages were also noteworthy, with stunning views and a beautiful sun terrace.

Our only minor issue was the live entertainment, which was not to our taste. this did not detract from the overall experience.
