The spacious rooms are nicely furnished and equipped with all you need. Staff members are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout the resort. the wellness facilities, including a sauna and whirlpool, are a great way to relax after a day of exploring.

It is worth noting that some guests have mentioned that the cleanliness of the indoor swimming pools could be improved.

I had a wonderful stay at a great place in Heimbach. The location was perfect, right at the parks 'square', making it easy to explore the area. The walls were solid, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The resort staff, especially the woman at the reception desk, were helpful and accommodating, even speaking English since I don't know German yet. The resort provided excellent tourist information about the area, allowing me to learn about more than just the war history. The facilities exceeded my expectations, especially the wellness area with a sauna and whirlpool. The view from the balcony was stunning. I highly recommend this resort for a memorable stay.

We found the steep roads leading to the hotel's amenities to be a bit challenging, especially for those with mobility issues. the food at the hotel's restaurant was quite salty for our taste, and the service at the Brauhaus left something to be desired.
