a stay at leonardo felt like an absolute nightmare, with my shower backing up and hardly any help from the staff. i thought they might upgrade me for the inconvenience, but no such luck. the room keys stopped working consistently—what a surprise! just when i thought about a good review, this place ruined it. ,

this hotel was pretty cool! super close to the metro, which made my trips around munich easy peasy. room was clean and comfy, and i loved the little mini-kitchen with a coffee maker—def a nice surprise! the staff were chill and always friendly. i also enjoyed the nearby grocery store and bakery for some late-night snacks!

the room was a bit crammed, and let's not even start on the so-called "double bed"—two single beds that woudl ve been better off separate. and honestly, it was unthinkable that I wasn't given a complimentary upgrade after all the inconveniences faced. Absolutely ridiculous, I almost thought about a good review, but just couldn’t.

the house keeping staff didn't refill our amenities which was kinda annoying. but the location's a major win! just a short walk to the u-bahn and the room had cooking facilities! breakfast was also super tasty! !
