where do I begin? awkward at best, the entrance was so tight that I needed yoga skills to check-in. a complimentary gesture for my troubles would have been appropriate, but alas, I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

The staff were wonderful, quick to respond to queries! Bed was massive and super comfy. Location couldn't be better for easy exploration – nearby metro and attractions!

Breakfast had limited options and was somewhat underwhelming. The awkward bathroom door design may leave you feeling exposed.

I enjoyed the convenience of being close to restaurants and shops. The next morning, I couldn't have breakfast due to an early flight, but I wish I could have tried it. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip. I'm from New York and love vibrant city life.

A Great Base for Exploring Lisbon

My stay was fantastic! The staff were exceptional, helping me find a nearby Italian restaurant, "Garage," that served delicious gluten-free options. The varied breakfast offerings were another highlight, especially the baked gluten-free croissants. I appreciated the metro access right outside for easy city exploration!

However, the bed felt uncomfortably hard and the noise levels were disruptive, making it tough for deeper sleep. My shower door also presented some issues, coming off the tracks during use, which added to the discomfort of the stay.
