We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for us, with just a short walk to the main attractions and a bus station right outside the door. The staff here were excellent and very friendly, always ready to help with any questions we had. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated with a lovely communal/bar area, and our room was spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the welcome drink upon arrival, a nice touch that made us feel instantly welcome. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. this place was perfect for our trip, with lots of nice restaurants nearby and close to public transit.

The staff didn't help with our bags up the stairs, but other than that, we have no complaints. This hotel is highly recommended to everyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

lulu guldsmeden in berlin was a gem! the family suite was perfect for our kids, comfy beds and a fabulous bath. the modern decor and great restaurant made it special. walking distance to potsdamer platz. would definitely stay again!

From the moment I entered, the friendly staff, especially Marc, made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to make my visit special. the room itself had a beautiful decor, blending natural elements with the historic brick of the building. It was perfect for my family, with extra beds lofted above the main room for privacy. And let's not forget about the exceptionally comfortable bed!
