I recently stayed at a beautiful location in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye. The property was meticulously maintained with a friendly and accommodating staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted graciously and the office staff provided excellent concierge support throughout our stay. One staff member, Terri, was amazing at helping us plan outings and activities. The grounds were stunning and peaceful, providing a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of town. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the free bike usage, kayak, and snorkel gear were great perks.

The value for the money at this small beachfront hotel was excellent. The room had everything we needed, including a kitchenette for making breakfast. The location was perfect, with easy access to bars and restaurants either by walking, biking, or renting a golf cart. The staff at White Sands Cove were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Food for breakfast could be improved by offering a traditional Belizean breakfast option and using a different bun for the breakfast sandwich. The beach vendor's plain breakfast tortilla was better than what the hotel served.

The one downside mentioned by some guests is the issue of sea grass, which can sometimes pile up against the seawall and create an unpleasant smell. However, the staff is proactive in clearing it away and minimizing its impact on the overall experience.

The food at the hotel was delicious and fresh. We enjoyed every meal we had there. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short distance from the beach and within easy reach of other attractions. One advantage we enjoyed was the availability of bikes and kayaks. It was great to be able to explore the area and have some fun activities right at the hotel.

The staff were not friendly or attentive, and it often felt like they were not interested in helping us. The rooms were not clean and well kept.
