Clean, convenient, friendly, and helpful staff. We stored our baggage on the last day at check-out, and the taxis were parked in front of the hotel making it easy to get to the airport. The location is perfect as it is within walking distance to some of the most interesting tourist attractions in Berlin. I highly recommend this hotel!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was a great size. Plus, the hotel is in a fantastic location, just a 2-minute walk from Friedrichstrasse stations. This meant I had easy access to public transportation, allowing me to explore the city effortlessly. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were top-notch, and I especially loved the small swimming pool and spa facilities. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring I had a pleasant stay throughout.

I recently stayed at Maritim Proarte in Berlin for a few nights while exploring the city. The location was perfect for sightseeing, with Friedrichstrasse station just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel's large foyer was impressive, filled with beautiful sculptures and artwork on the walls. The reception staff were extremely friendly and efficient during check-in. I loved having access to the spa facilities, including the pool and gym. The pool and gym were clean, and the water temperature was perfect. Another highlight was having a room with a bath, adding an extra level of relaxation to my stay. Breakfast at the hotel was top-notch, with a great variety of fresh and high-quality food. a fantastic experience at Maritim Proarte.

This hotel is in a wonderful location, with lots of nearby shops and attractions within walking distance. It’s perfect for exploring the city center and has a great atmosphere. Additionally, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of natural light and lovely views of the surrounding area.

The gym facilities aren't included, but aside from that everything else was quite impressive.
