The cleanliness was impeccable, with everything looking spotless and tidy. The hotel facilities were great, with a stylish and modern decor that we really loved. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk to the transportation options and the beautiful Thames river. The breakfast provided was excellent, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, particularly Nekeisha, the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Friendly staff and ample communal space to entertain guests. Enjoyed the absence of television which created a warm atmosphere. Delicious food served at the restaurant and bar. Kettle was clean and free of limescale.

The stay was comfortable, with many services exceeding expectations. The property had a fabulous exterior, Instagrammable decor, and a hipster vibe. The staff at reception were nice and allowed an early check-in. The location was great, with beautiful views of the river. The bed was excellent and the lobby/shared space was pleasant.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, being very close to the station, which made it easy to explore the city. We were attending an event at the nearby Excel arena, and it was incredibly convenient. The staff were really pleasant and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the rooms were lovely and minimalistic, providing a peaceful night's sleep.

The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning! Being situated right on the water adds a unique and calming atmosphere to the whole experience. the staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast offered here is absolutely amazing. There were so many options to choose from, including delicious croissants, fresh fruits, and even Nutella! It was the perfect way to start the day.

The rooms at this hotel are quite small, especially the bathrooms. It can feel a bit cramped, especially if you are traveling with a lot of luggage.

The rooms were smaller than expected and the bathroom felt cramped. the lack of soundproofing was a major downside as we could hear conversations from neighboring rooms.

Great value for money, comfortable and clean rooms with good air conditioning. Perfect location, only 1 minute walk from Emirates cable car. Modern and quiet hotel with a rooftop bar and great views. Staff are friendly and the hotel has a positive social value concept.

Felt like a fairy tale, nothing to complain about.

As backpackers, we loved the modern design and fantastic staff at this hotel. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and a Tesco nearby. The upgrade to a bigger room was a pleasant surprise, and the cleanliness and amenities exceeded our expectations. The proximity to the O2 arena and the cable cars made it even more convenient for exploring London. Special shoutout to Moni at reception, who provided excellent service during our stay.

This hotel is located in a very convenient area which was very quiet. It was right by the cable car, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The hotel is also ideally located in close proximity to the London Excel centre, making it a great choice for business travelers. The staff members were cool and provided excellent service. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also had a terrace where guests could relax and enjoy the view.

hotel had amazing staff, urban vibe, and convenient location for the O2 arena. Loved the social value and design of the place. Dinner was great, free apples were a nice touch. Would highly recommend.
