the upgraded room with a stunning view made our stay at this lakeside hotel memorable. The staff went above and beyond to make my husband's birthday special, and the breakfast was exceptional. We loved the cute and romantic atmosphere of the city, and would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our romantic escape at this hotel. the room offered a beautiful view and a spacious and clean environment. the breakfast was amazing with a great variety of options and the staff was professional and friendly.

The hotel played loud music which made it hard to relax in the lounge area.

We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts with views of the lake and the tasty buffet dinner. I had an amazing stay at this hotel on my Christmas Markets coach tour. The location right on the shore of the lake was breathtaking. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including a swimming pool that was open 24 hours a day. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was top-notch, with shiny sheets and a clean bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast provided was delicious, with vegan options available. this hotel provided great value for the money.

Central location, stunning lake and hill views. Close to walking routes, shops, and restaurants. Surprisingly pleasant experience, comfortable rooms with excellent amenities. Impressive breakfast options and efficient service. Bar service prompt and polite. Proactively supportive and helpful multinational staff. No disappointments.
