The hotel's location was perfect for our New Year's stay, just a short walk from the main train station and within easy reach of the city center. the rooms were clean and modern, providing a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the decent wifi connection, which allowed us to stay connected throughout our trip.

We were awoken early both mornings by the sound of people walking around in their rooms, indicating poor soundproofing between rooms. we found the beds to be uncomfortable as they were actually two single beds pushed together, each with a single duvet.

We were blown away by the luxurious room at Mercure. It exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and comfort. The central location made it easy to explore the city, and the breakfast was simply delicious. The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us with technical difficulties and even helped with a forgotten adapter. We can't wait to come back!

The surrounding area is really uncomfortable with homeless and drug addictions wandering around constantly. the rooms are not properly cleaned and the noise from the neighbors during the night made it difficult to sleep.

On our second visit, we were pleased to see that the room was clean and comfortable, with a great shower and a comfortable bed. the location near the train station was very convenient, making it easy for us to access Frankfurt airport via public transport. the staff member at reception was also very helpful when we arrived. we had a positive experience and would definitely stay here again.
