I enjoyed my stay! The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with a great variety of options. The staff were always friendly, making me feel welcomed each time I passed through the lobby. Plus, the hotel's proximity to the Hauptbahnhof made exploring Frankfurt a breeze.

However, my room, although clean and modern, lacked sufficient shelf space and storage for my belongings. I also experienced some noise during the night due to the street, which could be distracting for light sleepers.

We loved how conveniently located the hotel was, just a two-minute walk from the main train station. The key card access to the elevators made us feel safe and secure. Our room was modern and clean, providing us with a comfortable retreat after a busy day exploring.

However, the area around the hotel felt a bit sketchy at night.

My room had a significant issue with cleanliness. There was a small hole in the wall, and I felt very uncomfortable with the lack of attention to detail. Despite the staff being helpful, it felt like they were overwhelmed and unable to address my concerns adequately.

We had a fantastic stay, easily accessing the amazing Zeil shopping area right nearby. The hotel had a decent lounge space, which made relaxing after a long day enjoyable. The staff was super accommodating, especially when we needed help finding local spots.

In my wife’s opinion, room size could improve for families.

the location is super central, right by the main train station, which is perfect for gettin around. breakfast was dope, lots of options with fresh stuff like fruits and pancakes. the staff were chill and kinda friendly, made me feel welcomed when I walked in. my room was comfy, had a nice regend shower and even a coffee machine, which was a nice surprise. the whole place felt clean and modern, props to the renovations.
