The staff was attentive and kind, especially Alexandero at the reception who provided excellent customer service. We were also impressed with the range of amenities offered, from the in-room safe and mini-bar to the flat-screen TV and electric kettle. The on-site restaurant and bar/lounge area were fantastic, with delicious meals and a relaxing atmosphere. We even took advantage of the leisure facilities, including the spa & wellness centre and indoor swimming pool. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus and the luggage storage and 24-hour reception made our stay hassle-free. we highly recommend staying here for a luxurious and comfortable experience.

We had a great experience at Mercure. The hotel was conveniently located on the outskirts of the city, saving us time on our long journey. The staff were friendly and helpful, even arranging a baby cot for us. The restaurant had a large menu with plenty of options, and we appreciated that they served early. The rooms were quiet and the shower had good water pressure. it was a clean and modern hotel, perfect for a pit-stop on our way to the Channel ports.

The indoor pool was a disappointment as we couldn't use it during our stay due to swim courses taking place. The hotel should have provided clearer information about this. However, the hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and the ongoing construction didn't cause much disturbance. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and a short drive away from the city center. The bar offered good food options, especially for business travelers. despite a few drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel.
