I love that this hotel is right in the heart of Alexanderplatz, next to the iconic TV tower. The location makes it super easy to explore loads of shops and restaurants. The nearby market had a fantastic array of stalls. The facilities are modern, clean, and very comfortable, making my stay enjoyable.

The breakfast area can get crowded, especially during peak hours.

Perfect hotel for a stay in Berlin.

A kettle was absent in the room, making mornings inconvenient. Additionally, housekeeping entered our room early on multiple occasions, including before check-out. This disrupted our workflow and left us scrambling to pack up at the last minute.

the location is great but the rooms are too small for comfort, definitely not what i expected from a so-called 'modern' hotel. there’s no kettle in the room either, very inconvenient. i was also hoping for some complimentary treats upon check-in, but apparently, only the 'regulars' get that. truly disappointing, i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Rooms felt cramped especially for travelers with luggage , and some maintenance issues were noted that needed addressing for a better stay experience.

stayed for 2 nights and was shocked there was NO minibar in the room, how dissapointing! checking in felt like I was interrupting the staff’s day, too. I should've received complimentary water, as seen with other guests. the only redeeming quality was its location, but that can’t make up for a truly dreadful experience!

The hotel was perfect for our family trip, especially with our son's autism support dog. We appreciated the friendly service and cozy lounge areas. Exploring the vibrant Berlin nightlife at Hackescher Markt was a blast, and the location made it super easy to get around.

In my wife’s opinion, more high chairs for families would be great.

the hotel had no mini-fridge in the room,, but the beds were comfy with bedside usb chargers. and there was great access to public transportation right nearby. everything felt clean and the staff were really friendly.

Recommend it for city explorers

The location is prime for exploring, I could access various transport easily. One night, I found myself sitting in the lounge bar, had a nice chat with the bartender, who gave me tips on where to find a local hidden gem for dinner, really turned my night around.

It wasn't cheap,, but for the price you get what you pay for.
