We enjoyed our stay at a well-located hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Despite the small pool and limited breakfast, the great air conditioning and helpful staff made up for it. we would recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay here. The location was so convenient, right by the ferry port. It made it easy for me to arrive and leave the island. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, helping me book a snorkeling trip and giving me great recommendations for places to visit. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. I also loved the view from my balcony, it was absolutely beautiful.

This place has an amazing location, just in front of the ferry terminal, so it's very easy to find. The staff is incredibly helpful and making me feel at home, taking care of all my needs. The rooms are very comfortable, with air conditioning, a lovely balcony with a great view, and all the necessary amenities to make me feel comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had enough variety for me to be happy.

The hotel's location is undoubtedly its biggest asset, just a stone's throw away from the ferry terminal. However, this means you'll have to deal with the noise from the industrial area. Moreover, the hotel isn't right on the beach, but you'll have to walk 5 minutes to get to the Playa Norte. The rooms are comfortable and have an adequately set up bathroom. The staff is friendly and provided us with useful information to explore the city.

The breakfast was minimalistic, and we had to buy more food.

The staff at Bahia Chac Chi were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and reasonably comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and the sliding glass door helped to mute the noise from the street. The hotel is conveniently located next to the ferry terminal. The trade winds coming across the west side of the property were nice. I slept well after a long sailing trip.

The hotel had a very clean and comfortable mattress, spacious rooms, and a small but cozy swimming pool. The location was good, near playa Centro and the ferry. The staff was thoughtful, welcoming, and provided great service. The AC worked well, keeping us cool during hot weather.

Elevator scary, dropped and hit hard.

This hotel offered two complementary facts that made our stay more enjoyable during Thanksgiving. the staff was wonderful and friendly. They made us feel welcome by providing us with cold drinks and a refreshing cold washcloth upon our arrival. the location was near excellent restaurants and close to the ferry, making it easy to explore the town. Another advantage was the view from the balcony. It was breathtaking and memorable.

One of the worst aspects of our stay was that the breakfast was subpar even compared to continental breakfast standards. the photos gave the impression of an ocean-front hotel, but in reality, it was situated across the busy Main Street from the ocean.
