The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the bustling city center and close to the railway station. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated with beautiful furniture. The bathroom is modern and the shower is amazing. The staff may not be the friendliest, but the service is adequate. The breakfast is delicious and there is a cozy lobby with a bar that serves nice cocktails. it's a great place to stay for a small price.

The cleaning service can be a bit intrusive and persistent in knocking on the door.

Despite the high holiday prices, there were some complementary amenities that made our Christmas stay enjoyable. the hotel had a nice aquarium in the lobby, which was soothing to watch while waiting for the elevator. We were also surprised that they offered complimentary hot chocolate and cookies on Christmas Eve. the hotel was located near a major shopping area and a few restaurants, making it easy to grab a bite or last-minute gifts.

Our Christmas stay was marred by a few negative aspects. One major downside was the lack of parking available.

Spent a perfect Christmas at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city center.
