During my stay, I noticed that the bathrooms only had half glass partitions, making it challenging to use comfortably. Additionally, the cleanliness was a concern, as services were only provided before arrival and not throughout our stay. The noise from the surroundings, particularly due to being opposite a police station, was quite disruptive at times.

Be aware that online communication for support can be slow. consider checking local dining options nearby for better meals than what's offered on-site.

what a letdown! my room was unbearably hot, and the air conditioning didn’t work, which is clearly an oversight. i also had to endure an unnecessary evacuation due to a false alarm, which was simply ridiculous. for the price, i expected at least a complimentary drink to apologize for these inconveniences, but nothing! really disappointing.

Location was fantastic! Close to U-Bahn line 6 and Checkpoint Charlie. super quiet room with an excellent bed. Loved the heated towel rail and free coffee, water, and snacks.

Lack of on-site staff led to communication issues, and shared spaces felt dull. A/C was inconsistent, and some noise from outside disturbed my peace at night.

Had a small kitchen which was handy for late-night snacks, just had to be careful not to trigger the smoke alarms! The breakfast was surprisingly great, it wasn’t fancy but enough to start the day off right.

It wasn't cheap but acceptable for Berlin standards.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful 2-night stay where my room was incredibly clean and had a cozy atmosphere with a comfy bed. However, I found the lack of in-room coffee facilities disappointing. I'd go back in a heartbeat!

the location is super convenient, super close to subway and a bunch of sights. my room was pretty spacious and the bed was really comfy! check-in was smooth, and they had nice coffee machine with endless pods. i loved the access to clean towels too, wasn't expecting that! the vibe in the area is chill and there are some good food spots nearby, loved that!

This was just a great match for a brief retreat in Berlin with great value. The staff was super helpful in suggesting local places to eat when I found out there was no on-site dining. Make sure to check ahead for dining options nearby before your stay.
