Loved the "gourmet" cuisine at the restaurant, especially the fancy presentation of a basic burger. The fitness center was great for taking stylish selfies, even though I didn't actually break a sweat. The bar had a wide selection of overpriced drinks to help forget any complaints.

Such a shame that they couldn't offer a teleportation service from the airport. How dare they make me take a taxi or walk!

my recent stay in heidelberg was great, but my weekend trip to plaza premium was even better. the manager, illas, was always there and went above and beyond to help me with a refund. the location was perfect, near the old city and great shopping. overall, the customer service was exceptional.

I absolutely loved the elegant and tasteful decoration throughout the hotel. It had a classic charm that made me feel right at home. The general areas were beautifully designed and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people, with ramps and handrails in place to ensure our safety and convenience.

I would have asked for more assistance from the staff during my stay. The children working there seemed a bit overwhelmed and could have been more attentive to our needs.

My stay at Plaza Premium was absolutely lovely. The location was perfect, so close to the commercial center, shops, and restaurants. The room was well decorated and insulated, ensuring a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the convenience of parking, located right at the building. The reception area was pristine and modern, and the staff, despite being incredibly busy, were incredibly helpful. They allowed us to leave our luggage and start exploring Heidelberg before our room was ready. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous with a wide range of choices. The rooms were spotless and clearly newly decorated, leaving nothing to be desired.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay near the bustling shopping street. the hotel's underground parking was a plus as we were able to park conveniently. the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering us bigger rooms and arranging for our family of four to stay next to each other. the modern and comfortable room was complete with coffee and tea facilities, and the shower was great.

The interior was too heavily lit, which gave it a less cozy vibe, although that's a small personal preference. the fridge in the minibar could have been a bit cooler, but it wasn't a big deal.

Walking distance to attractions, clean & modern room, excellent breakfast, friendly & helpful staff, convenient parking.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxury hotel. The staff, especially a friendly blonde girl at the reception, was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They even upgraded our room to a bigger one because we needed space for our baby's bed. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary drink when we opted to skip cleaning. The location of this place is excellent, right in the center of everything. We were able to explore the pedestrian zone, city center, and beautiful attractions by foot. The shower was great, the bed was comfortable, and the room had coffee and tea facilities.

We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
