There were some issues with the shower drainage in the bathroom, which would drain slowly and occasionally pool.

pullman berlin schweizerhof was a fantastic stay, exceeding my previous berlin experience. the staff were incredibly nice and attentive, the rooms were well-equipped, and the hotel's location was perfect. the breakfast was also outstanding, offering a wide variety of options.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel that provided friendly and helpful staff. Pullman made sure to offer quality service and facilities, creating a comfortable and clean environment. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from a park and zoo, allowing for a great view from the room. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent and the hotel's restaurant provided outstanding food, including a delightful chestnut soup. it was an amazing experience and I would definitely choose to stay at Pullman again on my next visit.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities. the service was exceptional, and the Spa & wellness centre had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for unwinding after exploring the city. I also enjoyed a full body massage at the Spa lounge, which was outstanding. the steam room was an added benefit, and the foot massage left me feeling rejuvenated. the hotel's location advantages allowed me to explore the city easily, and I appreciated the leisure/TV room as well as the pool with a view.

The only minor issue I experienced at this hotel was with the pool's temperature. It was a bit cold for my preference, but the heated swimming pool compensated for it.
