Communication between the reception and the restaurant team seems to be lacking, causing inconvenience and confusion for guests.

My evening arrival in Dresden was unexpectedly delayed, but the hotel staff at Pullman were incredibly accommodating. They assured me that my room of choice would still be available, and they were right! They even provided me with a street map and brochure of Dresden, which was very useful in exploring the city. The hotel is conveniently located near the Hauptbahnhof, making it perfect for rail travellers like myself. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern furnishings and bathroom fittings. And despite the hot weather, the hotel was well air-conditioned, providing a cool escape. The Wi-Fi access was also easy and reliable throughout my stay. I had a very good experience at Pullman Dresden Newa.

The only minor issues I encountered were the noise from the traffic on the adjacent street in the morning and the fact that there was no pool or jacuzzi available. However, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience I had at the hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Pullman in Dresden! The value for money was great, and the room was perfect - quiet, comfortable, and with an interesting shower in the middle. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center with easy access to everything, and the staff treated me so well!

Our Easter break was amazing. We stayed at a modern hotel with stunning views of the city and excellent customer service. We loved the fact that our room was spacious, and we could easily identify the historical monuments that surround the hotel. the hotel had a spa where we enjoyed treatments and massages, making our stay more relaxing. Lastly, the hotel's key location made it easy for us to access public transport and nearby shops, restaurants, and markets.

The check-in process was prolonged, resulting in a long wait. we found the prices of some items at the hotel quite expensive, especially breakfast.

pullman exceeded our expectations during a romantic stay in dresden. the view from our room on the 8th floor was breathtaking, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. the breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
