Friendly staff. Romantic breakfast location in garden with pool view. Best breakfast ever with amazing variety of fresh food. Lovely pool and surroundings. Beautiful and well-kept gardens. Comfortable rooms with pool and ocean view. Great bar near pool for evening drinks and dinner. Friendly staff, especially breakfast staff. Talented pianist playing during breakfast. Great location with huge swimming pool and lots of greenery.

Lovely stay at a quiet bay, perfect location to explore Lombok!

I had the most amazing time in Lombok! The hotel was in the perfect location, allowing me to easily explore the island's stunning natural attractions. I loved waking up to the breathtaking view of the garden and sea from my comfortable room. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The hotel also had great facilities, including a beautiful pool and a spa service. my experience was simply perfect!

I did notice some areas in need of improvement, such as the cleanliness of the beach outside of the hotel area.

We spent New Year’s Eve in a stunning hotel with a great breakfast buffet and an exceptional pool. the staff was friendly and made us feel at home. the hotel was conveniently located near a beautiful beach, so we could choose to swim either in the pool or in the ocean. Plus, the hotel upgraded one of our rooms to a deluxe one for free, which was a nice surprise!

There were many stairs leading to the rooms, which was not very convenient, especially when carrying big luggage. the room we stayed in felt a bit outdated, but it was still clean and comfortable.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! the luxurious amenities, including the infinity pool and sun terrace, really made my stay here special. the staff was incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were fulfilled. I indulged in a full body massage at the spa center, it was one of the best massages I have ever had. With beach access right out my door, I found myself spending most of my days lounging on the sun loungers or walking along the beachfront. the private facilities in my room were top-notch and made me feel like royalty.

The only negative aspect I have to mention is that the poolside snack bar and restaurant dinner prices were a tad bit pricey. Other than that, there really was nothing bad to say about this hotel.
